Refund Policy

At Pro American Branding, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every project. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours after the initial design samples are delivered.
  • Once revisions are requested, refunds are no longer applicable.
  • Cancellations after project approval or the start of development are ineligible for refunds.

2. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • A bundled or discounted package was purchased.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • Revisions have been requested.
  • Cancellation is unrelated to service quality (e.g., change of mind, partner disagreements).
  • The client has been inactive or unresponsive for more than two weeks.
  • Project information or a creative brief is missing.
  • A full redesign or scope change is requested after delivery.
  • The refund request is made more than 15 days after purchase.
  • Services such as hosting, domain registration, SEO, or social media management are non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Contact our support team at Support@proamericanbranding.com / +1 (667) 423-5887 with your order details.
  • If issues cannot be resolved through revisions, a refund confirmation will be issued.
  • Upon refund approval, all rights to the refunded designs revert to Pro American Branding. Clients may not use, alter, or display refunded materials in any way.
